Enid

So today I took twentyfive Eastern Red Cedars (actually a Juniper and supposedly a noxious plant in Oklahoma) to Enid today.

I started in Edmond of course and here are the golf course water towers. I wonder why they have a circus tent on top.

The Enid Exit off I35
The Enid landscape.

I have never seen the AFB nor seen planes but I hear its here.

Government Springs Park. On the otherside of the creek is a lone American Indian.

The largest grain silos by the train yards.

A brand new engine with passenger cars. One said Snoqualmie Pass - I've been to Snoqualmie, Washington!

Nice Truck!

A too close up picture of a interest Methodist Church on Randolf Street.

The spire of another church on Randolf. I'll stop next time I have a smaller, more parkable truck and get a better picture.

A bright picture of a cool truck.

Cattle on the way out.

Wheat fields on US412.

And corn too.

What the Devilry?! I mean Devil Tree. The I35 Demon Tree of Perry Oklahoma.

One of my fuel stops (actually the only) north of Oklahoma. There is no Love out here. (I usually stop at Loves because John Deere has card for there and they are easier to find. This is the only easy stop north of Edmond that I know of.)

The fastest this truck goes - uh, down hill, pedal to the medal. There was a Trooper further down the road that I was going to photograph and say he pulled me over but I lost my nerve.)

Some big long horns laying down beside the Cimarron River.

This is a good sign! Weigh Stations are annoying. They are not hard, just you have to slow down and weight for them (haha).

NOW I WISH THIS WOULD END!

And yet they are getting really close - they are about half done I'd say.

Right next door is the training facilities of the new NBA team in Oklahoma the OKC Thunder.
And my point of origination (well and obviously termination, too). Drive by style.
